Welcome to Arabix (operated by Jabal Al Dhaid Building Material Tr.). By accessing our website (arabixbuild.ae) and purchasing our building materials, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Scope of Service
Arabix provides an online platform to browse and order building materials including timber, steel, and tiles. Most transactions are finalized and confirmed via WhatsApp or direct calling at +971 54 7161330.
2. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations (especially steel and timber).
- Official quotes provided via WhatsApp are valid for the duration stated on the quote.
- Payments must be settled as per the agreed terms (Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Cheque) before or upon delivery.
3. Delivery Policy
- We deliver from our warehouse in Al Sajja, Sharjah to locations across the UAE.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Arabix is not liable for delays caused by site access issues or traffic conditions.
- The customer must ensure a representative is present at the site to inspect and sign for the materials.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Inspect all materials upon delivery. Once signed for, items like Plywood, Cement Boards, and Tiles cannot be returned due to handling risks.
- Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
